ABOUT CRAIG BASS, WEB DESIGN AND HOSTING
We have been in business since 1999 and have no plans to retire!
Since 1999 we have been providing personal attention to our web design clients with a one-on-one philosophy. The communications lines have always been open between our clients and ourselves; this has proven to be a good business practice. We've heard from some of our clients that their previous web designer was unresponsive or slow to act when they requested something be changed on their websites; our goal is to make updates within 24 business hours of receiving the request.
Our focus on small and medium sized businesses as well as non profit organizations and ministries has given us the ability to learn what is needed on a client's website and to make it happen. Any concerns or requests are handled promptly and we enjoy a high rate of customer satisfaction. Clients are invited to call or email us whenever they have any questions.
Our staff includes:
Craig Bass, Web Designer
Craig Bass has been in the business of designing websites since November, 1999. He got his start in web design in 1997 when he built a site for an employee organization of which he was a member. Building that first site was both challenging and fun, and he began to get complimented on the artistic layout that he had designed for the site. These accolades were very encouraging, and following his retirement he took several web design and html classes and began to make web design his new vocation.
In addition to web design, he is interested in such diverse subjects as photography, art, theatre, four wheel drive trips, and railroadiana. If you have an interest in railroad history, train art or photographs, he invites you to visit his personal website at craigsrailroadpages.com.
Michelle (Shelley) Andersen, Web Design/Graphic Artist
Shelley is one of Craig's daughters, and is a part time web designer with an excellent track record in both web design and graphic arts. Her eye for composition and color was developed over the years by teaching herself to draw, and the exacting detail of her work impresses all who see it. She got her start in designing websites by building her own portfolio site to display her artwork (msandie.com). She works as an independent contractor on an as-needed basis. Michelle is a mother of two.
Brad Chitwood, Programmer / IT Specialist
Brad is a programmer for a large corporation based in Klamath Falls. As Craig's son-in-law, he makes himself available as an independent contractor, telecommuting in his off-hours as needed to design and develop software, applications and programs for our web clients. He is fully conversant with almost all programming languages as well as the development of mobile applications.
